General Terms

CHUNK.ie isn’t strictly intended for adults (18+) however, some of the content featured herein is aimed at a more mature audience. Therefore reader discretion is advised when viewing certain articles/pages/content.  This will include all pages/articles/content that are tagged NSFW (Not Safe For Work).  This won’t happen a lot, as there are more interesting things out there, but we’d just like you to be prepared for if and when it does happen.

The opinions expressed on this site in individual articles are those of the author(s) and may not necessarily represent the opinions of the Editor(s) and/or the administrator(s). Should a person feel that any opinions expressed on CHUNK.ie are incorrect or false, abusive or offensive, they may may contact the site Editor where a review of the highlighted material will be conducted.

Removal or correction of the queried material is at the discretion of the Editor.

Competitions

From time to time we may feature competitions for readers to take part in. The requirements for the competition will be highlighted where appropriate, along with submission guidelines and dates of entry and expiration. The winner(s) or any competition will be chosen in accordance to the individual competition guidelines and will be chosen by the editor of CHUNK.ie and/or the sponsor (if any) of the competition. The Editor’s decision is final.

Registration

When registering as a subscriber to CHUNK.ie, a username, password and email address are required. At no time will CHUNK.ie sell or trade your email address to a third party.  Unless they’re hot and/or offer loads of money.

Hasn’t happened yet though.

Comments

Comments are welcomed and invited on each article, unless otherwise stated, but responsibility on behalf of the commenter is required. Abusive, bullying, slanderous or otherwise inappropriate (racist/sexist/defamatory/vulgar/derogatory) comments may be deleted and continuous violation of the terms will result in the commenter having their IP address blocked preventing them from commenting again, or in serious cases, from viewing CHUNK.ie at all.  We have the technology, we can rebuild him etc etc.

As with registering a Name and Email address are required to comment, again these details will never be sold or traded to a third party.
